The people of Sargall have this the <Ratify Day> day of <Ratify Month/Year>, formed a committee to represent the people of Sargall, to pen this, The Constitution of Sargall. Herein, will lie the articles of which we, the people of Sargall shall govern our free city.
Article I
Understanding and withstanding our differences, we shall appoint, by open election, candidates nominated by the people of Sargall, to govern and represent said people. These representatives shall consist of the following by order of most responsible:
Mayor
Speaker
Minister of Justice |
Though we shall yet see if such society can exist in the turbulent times and warfare present in the vale, supporters speak of the power of the people to rule themselves, while others whom are critical speak of overly long deliberations and the political agendas that may work against the very system that creates it.
