Since its original use has fallen a bit out of favor, i have reconfigured it to serve as a back up of sorts to the main forums after they went down briefly and i was bored, so if ever the day comes where its needed it is here.

These recent despicable attacks were from agents of Armenlos!
Your guard is severely weakened!

But fear not for your security.
The Minister of Velassh, the Illustrious Quincy Quaile offers you these terms for you own safety!

Although the emnity between us has been long and unforgiving, we now both face threats from these horrific demons. Stand with us for we have more experiance in fighting them! Long have we tried to keep these demons away from our grand vale.

To this end we offer some of our millitary strength to guard the south of Evermeet while your guard recovers! We urge you accept this least your city be at risk! Even now others turn thier eyes to your weakened city.

In compliance with the stated policies of Kairi do accept our offer to protect the southern half of Evermeet!

It begins:

Not long would the town go unassailed, as demons would once more attack, this time the mayor was there and faught them along with Thrain IV, Lillyn, Aesias among others.

Eventually the children of the ministers guard were discovered to have a stone which could tell when a attack was coming, this warning was put to good effect.

Still even with the warning the evermeet guard was depleted by a full 5th, taking it down to a mere 60% of its normal effectiveness, this was combined with dire news that a three way battle between Orcs under Quincy, the forces of Tulem and demons of Armenelos was taking place to the north and slowly moving south.

When confronted with this disaster Kairi was helpless before the cacophony of dwarves, men and elves, eventually it took the dwarven general Koisin to bring order into the streets.

Eventually angered by the remarks of the elf Lillyn and the lack of justice in the streets the dwarves were on the verge of rage, but eventually with Koisin keeping the elf in check things settled down though Thrain was incensed enough to walk out on the whole affair, unwilling to aid evermeet.

Finally they retired to the Mayors mansion, Koisin, Kairi, and Aesias, where they continued the discussion though the details are private, though it seems two fellows later entered, one unknown but the other was assuredly Zeke.

A strange wizard summoned demons to attack evermeet, killing off a third of the guard and seemingly invulnerable to attack, though reports of what happened are unclear during the attack after it seems he was confronted by several others including Captain Georg.

After a very flippant attitude he eventually wandered into the Ever Song inn, where the wizard along with a particularly arrogant and greedy hartan by name of balbus continued to avoid the captains questioning.

Eventually the captain called on Irijal to aid him, and despite a continued show of arrogance and pride the wizard admitted to having some sort of contact with a Powerful Erenid Demon, while the original source was unclear as to the meaning of this it seems to be incredibly hard if not impossible to summon leading others, namely Zhou, to question if Armenelos was possibly behind it given the fondness Armenelos has for demons.

Though threatend by Irijal, the wizard was eventually set free and was later spotted attacking the town again, leading an eyewitness named Aesias to wonder what sort of justice was available here.

Irijal later along wuith Aesias and a halfling went in search of the device but were split up as Irijal left them south of town where another strange event occured.

Thanks to the heroic efforts of Thrain IV, Zeke of the Dark Cloak, Alennie Lannes and a one Aesias Stormborn as well as Vladimir and the Hartan military support the stoneborn halls were reclaimed by the dwarves, and are currently being cleaned out and rebuilt by the dwarven people.

Despite attempts by Armenelos, Tulem and Quincy, it was the dwarves and no others who stood triumphant.
